Before returning any item, you must call our customer service department on +44 (0) 7599 749 628 within the returns period, valid from the date of receipt, for a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number and form. RMAs are valid for five days from date of issue. The completed RMA form must be included within the packaging and the RMA number must appear on your return packing label. Please do not write on the outside of the box. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA. Any faults or damage that is not documented on the EuroPC RMA form that may have occurred due to goods in transit will not be covered by PC LAB LTD. In this case, an investigation will be raised with the delivery service.
